De ARGML bestaat uit een team van bijna 80 ritueelcontroleurs in dienst van de vereniging, verspreid over Frankrijk en het buitenland.
De ARGML neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de rituele controle tegenover God en de moslimconsumenten en kan deze taak niet delegeren aan onafhankelijke bedrijven.
De vereniging is van mening dat de halal-certificering een permanente zorg is, die een voortdurend toezicht vereist op de slachthuizen, de uitsnijderijen of de productie van verwerkte vleesproducten waarbij zij betrokken is. Met het oog hierop worden onze rituele inspecteurs tijdens de halal-productie permanent aan de verschillende productieplaatsen toegewezen.
Onze rituele accountants zijn onze werknemers en oefenen hun verantwoordelijkheid dus onafhankelijk van de gecontroleerde onderneming uit (zij zijn geen rechter en jury).
Al onze rituele inspecteurs, die met ons samenwerken, zijn praktiserende moslims die zich ten volle bewust zijn van hun verantwoordelijkheid tegenover God en de moslimconsumenten. Zij verrichten hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden met het grootste respect voor de islamitische beginselen.<\/p>\n

Omdat het beroep van ritueelcontroleur evolueert en steeds meer vaardigheden vereist, leiden wij onze ritueelcontroleurs gedurende hun hele loopbaan bij de ARGML op:<\/p>\n
